Admissions reviews the transcript for credit alignment with the Ontario curriculum. Some applicants join a short placement conversation to confirm English level and course selection.
Eligible applicants receive a conditional Letter of Acceptance and fee breakdown. For international applicants, this letter is also required for the study permit application.

Domestic applications are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving a complete transcript and ID. International applications take longer because of the study permit and GIC steps, so start at least 3 to 4 months before the intended intake.
Yes. USCA Academy accepts mid-year transfers and evaluates transcripts for direct credit transfer rather than requiring students to restart a grade.

Yes. The OSSD is issued under the same Ontario Ministry of Education standards regardless of which inspected school grants it. USCA Academy operates under Ministry inspection with an assigned BSID, and the diploma is recognized the same way as a public school OSSD.
